The Management team is always available to address immediate issues in regards to the services we offer. Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to serve our clients. We are also available to serve you 24/7 on an as needed and emergency basis.

Cleaning Standards and Inspections

All Canada Clean Corp. shall supply the following forms and reports as required dependent on the length and scope of work required. Content, copies required and distribution of reports will be identified by site manager.

  • One Time, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Variable-time checklists to enable the Janitorial Staff to record duties. These will be reviewed monthly with the site manager and our staff.
  • All Canada Clean will provide a log book for the location that will contain the scope of work and all checklists that are used by All Canada Clean and ourcustomersto communicate tasks that need to be performed, and their timelines. The location of the log book will be determined by the site contact and All Canada Clean. Monthly or Per Job review meetings will be done with the purchasing manager as a part of our vendor management policy.

All Canada Clean Corp. will be held responsible for deficiencies or damages incurred while providing our service. Defective equipment, material or faulty workmanship will be promptly corrected or replaced.

Regardless of the area being cleaned we are committed to meeting the highest level of performance; it is our company policy to ensure that any area that we service is cleaned from top to bottom, corner to corner.

At All Canada Clean we take all complaints, incidents and accidents very seriously and guarantee to respond immediately to all persons involved. We then investigate, document, change procedures if necessary and follow up to ensure a safer and more productive future.
