Each and every employee is trained according to the Cleaning Standards & Safety Training Policy of the company. Our training is an ongoing process.
All Canada Clean Corp. selects a site supervisor based on years of experience in the field. Responsible and committed people are hired and trained for senior management positions to complement the training program. In most cases new supervisors are appointed from the existing staff who have shown extraordinary commitment and effort. These supervisors are provided with training opportunities in leadership and people skills, as well as technical and safety aspects of the job.
All employees wear uniforms that have an All Canada Clean Corp. logo and are issued picture identification to be worn at all times while on the job site.
